my stay at Hotel Anel was an utter disappointment. i was shocked to find out you had to pay extra for the pool—it should have been complimentary like other hotels. also, the kitchenette was just a joke, lacking basic utensils. i almost considered giving a good review, but the rude reception left me infuriated. what a letdown!

We had a wonderful family stay, enjoying the spacious rooms and the new sports bar. My teenage daughter loved playing table tennis and the food was delicious at the restaurant. The hotel’s artistic vibe added a unique charm to our experience.

For dads, it would be great if the parking situation was clearer.
